Work of this committee: 

coordinate the teams,

provide orientation to the teams,

have a member of this committee accompany teams if needed,

publicize what we are doing (Helping Hands column in papers, letters to the editor),

make presentations about our work (see email on 3 presentations),

make sure there are supplies as needed,

create budgets,

choose projects to be addressed,

make preliminary assessment of work that needs to be done,

keep track of work that is done,

apply for grants and donations to support the work

Work of the teams: 

recruit members,

organize date and times of work to be done,

secure supplies (either through their efforts or from us),

orientation of team members,

carry out weatherization work,

educate families about money-saving strategies,

make a report of what they have done to us
